When you book a strategy call or fill out a form on this site, we collect:

• Your phone number
• Your business name and approximate revenue range
• Anything else you choose to share with us in conversation

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Schedule and conduct strategy calls
• Send you appointment reminders and follow-up communication
• Tailor a proposal if we agree to work together
• Respond to questions you send us

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

3. Service providers we use

To deliver this service we use the following third-party tools, each with their own privacy policies:

• Cloudflare, hosting and analytics
• Cal.com, appointment booking
• Google Workspace, email and calendar
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), advertising platform

4. Cookies

This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic site function and privacy-respecting analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any communications at any time
