Terms of Service, Forgewright

These terms govern your use of the Forgewright website (forgewright.com.au) and any services provided by Forgewright. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Forgewright provides fractional AI development services to Australian businesses. We build custom AI agents and automation systems inside our clients' businesses for a flat monthly fee.

2. Engagement terms

Our standard engagement structure:

Flat monthly retainer, paid in advance on the first business day of each month
Specific fees confirmed in your individual engagement letter following the strategy call
Month-to-month engagement, no long-term contract
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice

3. Ownership of work product

All AI agents, automations, and systems built specifically for a client become the client's property upon final payment for that work. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that Forgewright brings to the engagement remain Forgewright's intellectual property.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We do not disclose client data, strategies, or operational details to any third party without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While we take reasonable care to build reliable systems, AI-based tools can produce unexpected outputs. Forgewright's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Capacity

We work with a limited number of clients at any one time to maintain build quality and direct access to the founder. New engagements are accepted based on capacity at the time of inquiry.

7. Marketing on this site

Any claims, case studies, or testimonials on this site represent our own results or specific client outcomes. They are not guarantees of similar results for any other business. Outcomes depend on many factors unique to your business.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
